Legacy Restoration Solutions is a licensed, IICRC-certified restoration company serving homeowners, landlords, property managers and businesses across Placer and Sacramento counties. The company is owner-led by Roman Mysin.

Restoration is one of the few trades people hire while genuinely panicking. Something has failed, it is getting worse by the hour, and the decision has to be made immediately — usually without any way to evaluate whether the work being proposed is correct. That imbalance is where the industry earns its reputation.

Backed by approximately twenty years of experience in construction and property repair, Legacy Restoration Solutions brings long-standing hands-on building experience into professional restoration work. Ownership spent two decades in construction and remodeling before specializing in restoration, and the restoration business is an extension of that trade background rather than a departure from it.

That shows up in the part of a loss most restoration companies hand off. Drying and remediation are only the first half of the job; the second half is rebuilding what came out — framing, drywall, finish carpentry, paint, tile — and that is ordinary construction work. Knowing how a wall was assembled in the first place is what makes it possible to take the minimum out of it and put the right thing back.

Every project is measured before it is scoped, documented while it is being performed, and verified against published standards before it is closed. When a material can be dried in place instead of removed, we dry it — that is faster for the customer and cheaper for the claim.
